Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the Ziv website, speech assessments, learning programme, accounts, and paid services. Ziv Skills is an independently operated digital communication-development platform based in India.

What Ziv provides

Ziv is a communication-development platform using Speech Intelligence and your speech and learning activity to identify communication patterns, provide a Speech Blueprint, personalise practice, and help you review progress.

Ziv is not medical, clinical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or employment advice, and it does not provide a diagnosis in any of those fields. Do not use Ziv as a substitute for a qualified professional or for an employer, school, legal, or medical decision.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information and keep it current. Keep your credentials and active sessions secure, do not share access, and tell us promptly about unauthorised access or suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

Free access and paid services

Free access and features may evolve as Ziv improves the service. We will not charge you for a paid service without your intentional purchase.

Ziv Complete costs ₹999 as a one-time purchase. The total payable to Ziv is ₹999. There is no recurring Ziv subscription, automatic renewal, or hidden Ziv charge.

Payments are handled through an approved provider such as Razorpay. A browser or checkout success screen alone does not grant entitlement. Ziv verifies the order and payment status before activation and may show a pending or confirming state while that verification is completed.

Eligible purchases are covered by the 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and the other terms in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Use Ziv lawfully and only for your own communication development. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security or operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use the service to circumvent purchase or entitlement controls.

Ownership and restrictions

Ziv and its licensors own the software, designs, branding, curriculum, exercises, analysis methods, and other service materials. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your access is valid. Do not reproduce, resell, scrape, systematically copy, reverse engineer, or commercially redistribute Ziv or its materials without written permission.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We work to keep Ziv available, but the service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, reliability, security, provider failures, or events outside our control. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, security threats, or a material breach of these Terms. Termination does not automatically create a refund; refund eligibility is handled under the Refund Policy.

Best effort and outcomes

Ziv uses evidence-informed methods and best-effort analysis. Communication results depend on your speech, practice, context, and many factors outside Ziv. We do not guarantee an interview, promotion, employment, exam, career, personal, or professional outcome.
